CC1310: Regulator configuration for lowest power performance with the CC1310

Part Number: CC1310
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: HDC2010

I'm finalising a design based around the CC1310, which will be powered from a LTC primary cell (~3.6V nominal).

I'll also be powering a couple of devices, such as the TI HDC2010 (1.6V-3.6V), a CO2 sensor (3.1V-5.5V), and another RF module (2.2V-3.6V).

I'm trying to figure out the best regulator configuration. The main thing that I'm trying to determine is if a lower voltage for the CC1310 would deliver any power savings longer term. If it did I would use a low Iq buck to get down to 1.8V for the CC1310 and HDC2010, and power the other two devices devices directly from the cell.

If it doesn't offer any power advantages I may as well just power everything from the cell directly, or even just use a diode or to drop a few hundred millivolts and have one voltage around ~3.3V.
