Part Number: CC1312R

Hello i have two CC1312r launchpads from ti iam using smart rf studio to send and receive data. What settings should i be running to get the longest range.I know there is alot that can effect signal range but iam loosing data after moving the receiver about 50ft from the transmitter when in long range mode at 433mhz when i go 100+ feet i get no data.Iam using these antennas on both the transmitter and receiver https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/23/Antenova-SREI038-Pacifica-1283810.pdf

  • Hello,

The CC1312R Launchpad is designed to operate in the 868 MHz ISM band in Europe and the 915 MHz ISM band for USA.

If you have not done any tuning of the RF matching on launchpads to make them suitable to operate at 433 MHz you will not see good performance.

You can also take a look at this tool to get an estimated range based on the different setups.

    Best Regards,

    R.M
