Hi,

First I have two CC1310 Launchpads. Is it possible to make an edge router (without SmartRF06 Evaluation Board ) by connecting one launchpad to a Linux host or another micro-controller like pic32?

Second is there a solution to make an edge router that cover both 2.4GHz and sub-1 GHz at the same time (CC2538 and CC1310);

I am new to this and have not selected stack.
My original problem is : say 20 cell which are able to relay each other 's data to a collector.
Nods are in a line with 1 km distance.

I suggest to read up on Contiki-NG: github.com/.../wiki

It provides a good amount of documentation for how to program with Contiki-NG, the different network modules and application layers, as well as tutorials for how to setup a border router (edge router).
