CC1310: RCOSC calibration routine

Do you mean RCOSC? The Power driver contains functionality for RCOSC calibration which can be used to start calibration: PowerCC26XX_calibrate();

The available APIs and information on them is available as part of the device specific Power driver documentation:

As suggested by the "PowerCC26XX_injectCalibration()" documentation, calibration is done when the device wakes up from standby mode. If you would like to perform more frequent calibrations you could call this function to inject it. This would invoke the ".calibrateFxn" function defined in the PowerCC26XX_Config found in the board file. This is PowerCC26XX_calibrate() per default.

How often you would need to calibrate your device in between standby is hard to say as the drift depend on the ambient temperature. Given by the datasheet, you have a typical drift of 50 ppm/C.

When waking up from standby, the power driver will calibrate the RCOSC. You only need to call the function yourself if you need to re-calibrate it for some reason (extended period of time out of standby).

The exact duration of this function is hard to say as it would depend on the state of the calibration. The worst case scenario the Power driver expect when waking from standby, including calibration and re-powering the device is ~1ms, this should at least put an upper limit to what to expect for the calibration.

Yes, it is automatically. As long as "calibrateRCOSC_LF" is set to true in PowerCC26XX_Config (found in the board file), the RCOSC will be calibrated during wake up.

I don't know the exact number, but the HF calibration is around ~300us. You could measure the this by adding GPIO toggles to the calibration routine and trace the duration using a logic analyzer or oscilloscope.
