There is only the pc side, the windows side.

I'm looking for the CC13XX, CC26XX side, the application on the chip, that talks with the pc.

The serial boot loader is in ROM of CC13x/CC26XX and the source codes are not open to developers.

We have a flash implementation of the ROM bootloader available in source here: github.com/.../ble_examples-2.2 (Scroll down to "serial bootloader").
