RTOS/CC1310: device can not run when re-power up

recently, I use CC1310 & TI 15.4 stack to do a sensor and a coordinator. And now I have the coordinator PCB and sensor PCB designed by meself.

But when I test the coordinator, there is a problem.

My coordinator programe is changed based collector_cc1310_lp in ti 15.4 stack install packet version 1.6.00.

The coordinator's programe will run on the device correctly when i debugging the programe with CCS & XDS110, also the debugging will also download the programe to MCU.

Then, I use Flash Programmer 2 download again, the programe will run.

After that, I power down the MCU, then power up, the device don't run.

So I do some test:

First, download a ti sample programe, piniterrupt,

Pininterrupt can run correctly when re power up the device.

Second,

change the Led and Button IO, then download my coordinator programe to my sensor PCB, programe can run when device is re power up.

change the Led and Button IO, then download my sensor programe to the coordinator PCB, programe can not run when re powerup.

the sensor programe can run in sensor PCB when sensor re power up.

In my coordinator,

CC1310 connect to MSP430FR2111 through the FR2111 UART and TLSR8263 ( a bluetooth IC ) throught I2C.

FR2111 & the TLSR8263 all have no programe.

I don't know where may cause this situation.

seems that ti 15.4 stack programe can not run when re power up,

while pin interrupt can run when re powerup.

My coordinator's problem or the circuit problem ?

or the other two IC cause this?
