CC1310: CC1310 Reset_n pin draw too much current

Part Number: CC1310

Hi all,

the products are working fine for the first 2~3 months after installed, and then some of them started to reset them self randomly, in another one or two months after more and more self resets, about 20% of them stopped working finally. when I test the faulty units, I find that the battery is good(VDDS=3.6V),  but the voltage on Reset_n pin=0V. if shorting the pin to VDDS through a multimeter, current is 1.8mA and the chip start working(see picture below in green);  by cutting the trace, the Reset_n pin draw about 36uA from the pull-up resistor(see picture below in red), so the voltage is 0V.

anybody have the same problem? and how to fix it? thanks.
