CC1310: mt_util.c on co-processor but no mt_msg.c in collector

Hi all,

Per my last thread https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/sub-1-ghz/f/156/p/761912/2819156, I was told to create a command in mt_util.c and create the other function in mt_msg.c, but mt_msg.c does not exist and I can't find anywhere else the functions created in mt_util.c might be handled

For reference I'm using SDK 2.2 and the TIdep0084 project
