CC1310: Looking for a mesh protocol that supports battery driven routers...

Hello,
since a long time I'm struggling to find a protcoal, or even better a ready-to-use-stack, that allows a mesh system with battery driven routers.

It's an easy game if only sleepy end nodes would be affected, but our need is that the routers operate a long time with battery power only.

I already focussed the demands on such a mesh to
- Sub-GHz
- maximum 30 devices per mesh
- maximum 5 hops to reach the concentrator/edge router (line power driven)
- each device must ping a 'still alive' latest every 300s
- a message from any node needs to arrive the concentrator within 10s
- all nodes are self-learning in terms of routing/position in the network
- battery life time > 3yr. @10Ah capacity; this is the real nightmare

Does anybody know of a system, be it open source of commercial, that could fit these needs?
