CC1352P: [CC1352P1 Lauchpad]: No sub-1G option on SmartRF studio 15.4 mode

Hi,

As title, after choosing 15.4 mode for CC1352P1 launchpad, there is no option for Sub-1G.

How does the customer test 15.4 mode on sub-1G of SmartRF Studio?

Hi Yonghua,

IEEE 802.15.4 mode is only supported in the 2.4GHz band. The radio core does not support this mode in sub 1GHz bands. This is the reason why in TI 15.4 Stack all the IEEE 802.15.4 specification is implemented in software and the radio is configured in proprietary mode.
