RTOS/CC1310: Help with setting wireless radio connection between two CC1310 launchpads

Hello all,

I am a beginner with the CC1310 but I need to demonstrate to my team tomorrow that 2 of my CC1310 can perform wireless communication using sub 1 GHz and I am not sure where to begin. I have Code Composer Studio installed but people are telling to install TI RTOS first and I am not sure why or how that helps. Other people are telling me that I am going to need SmartRF and right now I am not sure how to begin or how to approach this anymore. I would appreciate any tips that would help me test the sub1-Ghz wireless communication. Thank you.

- Download the SDK from here: www.ti.com/.../SIMPLELINK-CC13X0-SDK

- To set up a link you can use the rfPacketRx and rfPacketTx examples found here: dev.ti.com/.../

You need SmartRF Studio (www.ti.com/.../SMARTRFTM-STUDIO) if you want to use other than default settings.

I would use the RF Easylink Echo Tx on one and RFEasylinkEchoRx on the other to show bi-directional communication.

I suppose you can use TI 15.4 Stack collector/sensor examples for the demonstration.
