CC1310: Non-RTOS

Hello,
customer wants to use the CC1310 w/o RTOS. How is the clock and power managment done? Are there any functions in ROM which can be used by the Cortex-M3?

Any reason they can't use noRTOS, see docs/simplelink_mcu_sdk/Users_Guide.html#nortos under the SDK installation.
