CC1310: The e-ink affects 433MHz seriously

Hi：

Our product is electronic shelf label，and we use the chip is CC1310， I find the  e-ink affects 433MHz  seriously，but 868/915MHz is OK.I'm sure the hardware is all right.,So I wonder what caused it？

    - Does that mean you have tested the same tag with a 433 MHz antenna and a 868 Mhz antenna?
    - Could you chare how the antenna is placed in relation with the display?
    - Have you tested the performance @433 MHz without the display mounted?

    - Could you chare how the antenna is placed in relation with the display? --The 868MHz antenna next to the display is ok， the 433MHz antenna needs 3cm away from the display，or the Packet Error Rate is serious.
    - Have you tested the performance @433 MHz without the display mounted?--Yes，the performance without the display is ok.

    To do tests we would have to have the same tag as you are using since the antenna performance is dependent on the ground plane, the display etc.
