Hy ,
We tested the range of CC1310 using 2 CC1310F128 LaunchPad in an Open space.(150-200m).
First we tested in this setting:
5Kbps SimpleLink Long Range (20 kchip/s , 2GSK,conv.FEC r=1/2 K=7 DSSS SF=2, Tx dev: 5KHz,Rx BW=49KHz).
It was all fine able to receive the packet from 200m (PCB Antenna).
But 625 bps Legacy Long Range (10 kchip/s , 2FSK,conv.FEC r=1/2 K=7 DSSS SF=8, Tx dev: 5KHz,Rx BW=40KHz).
Same PCB Antenna:
625 bps Legacy Range 38 sent
31 Received Ok
Packet Errr 6.1%
Bit Errr rate 0.03%

What can be cause for the CRC Error?
What ways to decode those?
Some times when the RSSI was -92 there was CRC error and sometimes even in -83 there was CRC error.
Next day when we tried with the same setting 5Kbps but not in Open space,
There was a 23%-32% of packet Error.
We are yet to test with the External Antenna.
There's UFL Connector in CC1310 LaunchPad Any suggestion for the External Antenna(Flat Patch/ other) ?
