Just open the ti152stack collector sample project in CC13X0_sdk_3_10, I can't find the source code for MlmeAssociateReq( ) in mac_api.h.

I believe it is from the Ti library, but where is this library in the SDK? is it possible to view the source code?

The 15.4 MAC source is proprietary software and it is not open to the public.

Is it possible to get the source code if sign the NDA? it will be easy to debug if get the source code.

In general, TI won’t provide kernel source code even you sign NDA/SLA.

I read this document "TIDA-00816" in Ti website, in section 2.3.1 of page 5 "The complete TI-RTOS
and device drivers are offered in source code free of charge."

That means developer can get the source code, right?

Yes, source code of TI RTOS is available but source ode of TI 15.4 Stack isn’t.
