CC1310: Chip not detected by SmartRF studio

Part Number: CC1310

While trying to program a CC1310 chip with SmartRF studio, the CC1310 chip was unrecognized by SmartRF studio. The CC1310 chip is on a custom PCB that closely follows the suggested schematic for the CC1310 and has all of the correct voltages when power is supplied to the board. Does anyone have any idea as to what is causing the chip to not show up and not be able to be programmed?

You are not writing how you are connection your board to an debugger. Also provide your schematic and a picture of your connection.

S_001 Circuit Card Schematic.pdfOur connection uses cJTAG. Attached are our schematic and pictures of our connection setup. We are using the CC1310 launchpad as the debugger and connecting through the breakout pins.

Two things:
- It looks like you haven't connected reset_n, please connect this.
- Also the pin connector marked XDS110 power etc to the left for the connectors you have used. You need to place a jumper on one of the combinations to give the level shifters power

That seems to have done the trick. It shows up in Flash Programmer 2 now and I can read the MAC address. Thanks for the help.
