Could you validate that the Seiko-Epson MC-146 (datasheet attached) could be used as 32KHz crystal for CC1310? The application report "Crystal Oscillator and Crystal Selection for the CC26xx and CC13xx Family of Wireless MCUs" has been already checked.
I could also forward you in private message the corresponding schematics and layout implementation
