Excuse me, can the UCC27531 be used to drive high-side N-channel MOSFETs with a switching frequency of 500kHz? Or is there any other recommended driver chip?
thank you

Hello Dailing,
Thanks for your interest in our driver, my name is Mamadou Diallo, I will help address your inquiry.
UCC27531 may be used as a high-side N-ch FET driver using a dedicated isolated floating bias to provide the high-side gate with the necessary gate voltage. Figure 3 of the copied link below shows how to accomplish this.

As for the switching frequency, the driver can operate at 500kHz depending on load (Qg), supply range, gate resistance, PCB layout, etc... The link below discusses this and other key considerations to take into account.
