I am trying to run blink.ino program on CC1310-90 Launchpad using CCS v9. But it is not getting compiled with the error being "Unable to load blink.out file". How to resolve this error?

Based on the information in this post it's not possible to answer the question.

- Which SDK are you basing your application on?

- Is this a example you are trying to compile or your own code

etc. Please elaborate in detail.

I am trying to run the inbuilt Blink.ino program from the Energia CC13xx - v:5.20.0.

Energia questions should be placed in the Energia forums: https://forum.43oh.com/forum/119-energia/

But the question is if you should use Energia. It's great if you just want to make a LED blink but for more complex applications I would consider starting write code in CCS directly. It's a bit steeper learning curve to start with but you don't have any limitations as Energia does. The SDK contains a lot of examples and documentation to start from. Also check SimpleLink academy to get you started.
