CC1352R: Exposing IQ data

Hello team,

Can we provide an API to expose the IQ data for CC13xx chips? It doesn’t need to be refreshed very often (once a few minutes is fine).

We provide the ability to take IQ data via the BLE5.1 specification for Angle of Arrival as of the SimpleLink CC13x2/CC26x2 SDK 3.20.
