Try to refer to uartecho example at and porting it to your application to communicate with GPS sensor.

Yes, I used the uartecho to get GPS data on my sensor Launchpad. Now how do I communicate this data to collector Launchpad?

You can refer to how sensor application sends temperature data to collector and do the same thing to GPS data accordingly.
