CC1310: Equivalent resistance and capacitor of adc ; CC1310

What is equivalent input resistance and capacitor of adc as looking at input of adc?

Datasheet says 1Mohm seems too high for sar adc, or is it 200khz only? Is there formula something like as in link here: https://community.cypress.com/docs/DOC-15593

Hi,

The >1 MHz number is valid at 200 kHz, for lower sampling rate the equivalent input impedance scales with 1/f meaning that if you have a sampling frequency lower than the 200k used in the datasheet the impedance will be higher than stated in the datasheet.

There is also about 1pF of capacitance on that pin, but at 200khz it is not significant.
