CCS/LAUNCHXL-CC1312R1: Problem while debugging

If i start a debugging session i get repeated error messages in the console window and CCS reacts very slow.

IcePick_C: Error: (Error -261 @ 0xFFFFFEFB) Invalid response was received from the XDS110. (Emulation package 8.3.0.00003)

    Please state your LAUNCHXL-CC1312R1, CCS, and SDK versions.  It would also help if you could list the exact replication steps.

    • LAUNCHXL-CC1312R1 Rev.D
    • CCS 9.2.0.00013
    • simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_3_30_00_03

    Steps for replication:

    1. Start CCS
    2. Select active project 
    3. Start debuging with Energytrace
    4. run application
    5. application stops unexpected with message
      Can't find a source file at "..\rom_temp\rom\fw\src\..\driverlib\cpu.h"
      Locate the file or edit the source lookup path to include its location.
      in edit window
    6. resume
    7. Error-Mesages in Console-Window: 

    Cortex_M4_0: Error: (Error -261 @ 0x0) Invalid response was received from the XDS110. (Emulation package 8.3.0.00003)

    Thank you for providing further details.  Which example project do you use, what is your system's OS, are any modifications made to the LaunchPad, and can the same behavior occur without running ENERGYTRACE?
