What is the maximum safe RF power the CC1352R can see coming back through its output pins 1,2,3, and 4 (RF_N, RF_P, RF_P_SUB..,…) in the scenario where we are receiving power through our antenna and the CC1352 is NOT transmitting power through these ports?

This table only covers the VDDS pins and Vin pins. I need to know about the output, as well as what applies in this scenario: where we are receiving power through our antenna and the CC1352 is NOT transmitting power through these ports?
We are also using a Johansson balun: https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/johanson-technology-inc/0900PC15A0036E/712-1760-1-ND/9863734 on those pins so that should be taken into account since it should provide some additional protection.
Ok, so I can assume these ratings apply to both input and output.
How much power is allowed after taking into account the Johansson balun since it provides extra protection?
That is the power *at the pins* you need to account for any loss - especially since it may be out of band.

As Keith has pointed out; the maximum input power on the Sub-1 GHz pins is 10 dBm and 5 dBm on the 2.4 GHz pins. This is when the radio is not transmitting. You need to calculate the loss in you BALUN, filters and antenna to be able to estimate the maximum power you an apply to the antenna.

I know some military radios that use 20 W RF power MOSFETS in the RX front end since they live on a ships antenna mast and can get painted by the radar!
