Hi,
Is there any specific mechanism to protect the contents in the internal flash?
For example, if there are some bytes content corrupt according to some uncertain reason, can cc13x2/cc26x2 repair the corrupt contents?
Thanks!

Yonghua

You can refer to chapter 11 Device Configuration in CC13x2,CC26x2 SimpleLink™ Wireless MCU Technical Reference Manual to do write protection to internal flash.
Typically in embedded you want your flash image to be as small as possible and hence it does not contain any redundancy which is required if you want to correct corrupt content.
