Hello,

I am using cc1352R with SDK 3.40.

I want to calculate the exact time for which radio core is ON.

Is there any API or any function which gives direct time for which radio core is ON.

Any suggestions for the best place to tap into?

As far as I know, we do not have any signals that indicates this. You can use CPE_GPO0/1 to signal when the radio is in RX and TX state.

I already used that CPE_GPO0/1 and mapped it to GPIO.

But i want time for which radio core ON .

Is there any other way to calculate the radio core ON time ?.

No, I do not think so. If you need to know the ON time for the radio for power calculations etc. you can use EnergyTrace to measure the current profile.

Hello ,

I can see the graph that shows graph plot between current (mA)and time(ms).

I think energy trace also get that value from some function or API.

Is there any way to get the time value programmatically ?

Hi,

EnergyTrace does not estimate the current consumption through an API, it is measuring the actual current with an onboard (XDS110 side) ADC and resistor.
