CC1352P: TX frequency shifted by 200kHz

Part Number: CC1352P

Hello,

I have a custom board that uses CC1352P1 chip. When I set the transmission frequency to 868MHz, I see the signal being transmitted at 868.200MHz (which I verified with an SDR).

I have attached the schematic. (N.B. although the crystal used in the schematic shows 25MHz, I used a 48MHz crystal.)

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

NJ.

  • Hi,

I don't see the Load Caps on your Crystal Y1.

You need to use Cap Array for tuning to obtain better frequency accuracy.

Please refer to SWRA640 for details about Cap Array tuning. You can also use SmartRF Studio for Cap Array tuning.

    Thanks,
