CC1310: M0 MCU specification

The M0 is only available for the radio core. Are you referring to the M3 or the core used in the sensor controller?

From the first paragraph in the CC1310 datasheet:

I believe that should answer most of the questions. The pin list in the datasheet shows that JTAG has dedicated pins. 

Flash page size could be found under "Flash Memory Characteristics" in the datasheet.

I think we are trying to understand also

1.  Is the M0 core also programmable?

2. If it's programmable can it handle a proprietary protocol? Or it's too small to handle that?

3. Can you point me to where I can read on what's going on in the whole RF Core?  

For the eeprom emulation, I had asked if possible to get embedded eeprom on CC1310,  I was told eeprom could be emulated in Flash.

4. Hence can you share more information on this ? or Is there documentation that can explain this too and how its done?

Ultimately it would help to know if its possible to store data inside MCU, and best ways to do so,  so it's safe and cheap?

Could you please find out more about what the customer want to implement on a higher level? From the questions it sounds like it could be easier to answer from a top level and not a detailed on module level.

Yes

The CM0 is used to run the RF commands and is not available directly to the user. An application has to run on the CM3. 

The CC13x0 has 128 kB of flash, the CC13x2 has 352 kB of flash. The flash memory is used to save the application code. In addition the application can use the flash pages unused by the application code to store data.
