I want to know the -14dbm(IIP3, Normal mode)/-8 dbm(IIP3, High Linearity mode)means what?

I don't understand the conditions under which this parameter is tested, and what it means?

AGC_CFG2.FE_PERFORMANCE_MODE = 0: High linerarity mode

AGC_CFG2.FE_PERFORMANCE_MODE = 1: Normal mode
