According to the product page to CC1310 (https://www.tij.co.jp/product/jp/CC1310),
it seems that the supported protocols are 15.4, Wireless M-Bus (T, S, C Mode), Contiki 6LoWPAN, MIOTY technology.
Then, I'd like to know whether custom protocol is available or not.
