Hi,

SDK:simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_4_10_01_01

example:Sensor project

I imitated the timer in the routine, made a modification myself to change as below images , and found the timer didn'twork properly.

I modeled on ReadingClock, and the difference is that I passed the struct and handle in as parameters, but I found that the timer didn't work.

Hi Kevin,

Where do you initialize the clock? Refer to Ssf_initializeReadingClock as an example. Also, please show an example of calling HL_setClock to confirm that the correct HL_keyClkStruct and HL_keyClkHandle which should be initialized are passed to the function.

Hi Ryan：

I call the function when left_key was pressed, as shown below .The first picture, setClock(10) can work normally. I fix the parameters in the function .

I initialized the clock in the Ssf_initializeReadingClock();and it's executed in Sensor_init();

Hi Invoker,

Thank you for the additional information. I still need images to confirm the processKeyTimeoutCallback, *_TIMEOUT_EVT, and event handling (commonly occurring in Sensor_process). Hello Invoker,

If you are following the ReadingClock model then you should be calling Util_setEvent(&Sensor_events, SENSOR_READING_TIMEOUT_EVT); instead of events |= KEY_TIMER_EVENT; and handle inside Sensor_process. I also need to know what the value of KEY_TIMER_EVENT is to make sure it does not conflict with any Event IDs inside of the sensor.h file. It's fine to use events and Ssf_processEvents instead but you will need to make sure that KEY_TIMER_EVENT does not interfere with the ssf.c bitmasks and that it is cleared after processing. Please debug you program with breakpoints to determine at which step the timer does not operate as intended (setClock -> processKeyTimeoutCallback -> Ssf_processEvents).

Thank you, the KEY_TIMER_EVENT is 0x0008 ,it does not conflict with any Event IDs in ssf.c.

and I use Util_clearEvent(&events, KEY_TIMER_EVENT); clear the event.
