I bought CC1352R chip from "Mouser" to make my custom board. Here are my questions.
1. What kind of SW(Protocol, RF driver, etc...) is inside?
2. Is it possible do RF test of my custom board using SmartRF studio without any SW downloading?
3. Please tell me how to connect custom board to PC for using SmartRF studio.

1) The chip is not pre-programmed. You have to uplead any software you want to use yourself. I would advice you to looke at the documentation and examples found in the SDK: 
2) SmartRF Studio downloads a small RAM image to the chip through the JTAG interface. But it doesn't download anything to the flash. But as user you don't have to do anything to use SmartRF studio to test. Just connect the JTAG interface to a debugger (XDS110 as out example) and you can use SmartRF Studio to control the chip.
3) JTAG interface. The easiest is to use the XDS110 debugger that all CC13xx and CC26xx LPs have. See the documentation.
