CC1310: Single band vs dual band DN024 antenna performance

I am designing device mainly for sub-ghz receiving and i am trying to achieve the best receiving performance possible.

I would like to use similar design like CC1310 lauchpad and i have several questions:

There are two types on antennas in DN024, one single banded with shorter L4 segment and another for dual band (including 2.4MHz) with longer L4 segment. It leads to slightly different matching structure. Would single banded antenna with proper matching have better receiving performance than dual band system?

Will the difference be significant or not?

Is there any better receiving options?

Adding examples of schematics from launchpad schematics:

1) Single banded

2) Dual banded

Hi,

The difference between a single-band antenna match or dual-band antenna match will not affect the receiver performance just as long they are well-matched for the designated frequency of operation.
