Wireless transmission of a 1 Mhz PWM signal

Basically, the RF chips would send modulated signal so it won't be able to transmit 1 Mhz PWM raw signal over the air.

Thank you for your reply.  So what is the maximum frequency? Is 100 kHz possible? If so,  would you suggest a solution that is able to transmit around 100kHz?

It's a bit unclear what you want to do. The RF chips we have typically use either OOK or (G)FSK using a carrier of 433 MHz/ 868 MHz/ 915 MHz (bit simplified)

Sorry. My statement may not be very clear. As shown in the Figure, I want to send and receiver a 1Mhz PWM via RF. I am wondering if there is any Tx and Rx IC (solutions) can achieve this goal. The transmitted and received PWM should be frequency-synchronized. 

Many existing OOK or FSK Txs and Rxs cannot go to 1 Mhz. Normally, they allow up tens of kHz.    

We don't have any products that supports lower frequencies that > ~130 MHz.

Sorry, maybe my reply is not clear enough.  As shown in the figure, I am looking for a pair of Tx and Rx that are able to transmit 1 MHz PWM. So I am wondering if there is any IC or solutions can achieve it. If not, would you provide some Tx and Rx IC or solutions that are fast enough to transmit 100 kHz PWM?   

130 MHz? should be 130 kHz right?

Are you suggesting that your best product can achieve 130 kHz?  Would you mind providing the part number including  Tx and Rx ?

TER means 130M Hz not 130 kHz.

Would you mind providing the part number of Tx and Rx IC that allows 130 kHz?

As I know, there’s no RF chip can do this.
