Hello Guys,

One of our customer have bought two launchxl-cc26x2r1 with pre-production silicon on them (revision C). They saw the e2e thread below and is wondering why they didn't received any email including a voucher towards a launchpad with production silicon. Note that the launchpads was bought two years ago.

How should we proceed regarding this request?

I have to check with regads to the not received voucher.

But it has been two years since we updated to the production verison of the chip. Why haven't they updated before?

The easiest to do in this case is for you to fill out a sample request and get the LP shipped to the customer.
