LPSTK-CC1352R: Does Accelerometer provide X, Y and Z axis readings? And what is part number for Accelerometer?

Hello, I have 2 questions regarding Accelerometer for LPSTKCC1352R:

1) Does anyone know what module / chip is used for accelerometer? Product Description says: "Showcases four on board low power sensors: ambient light (OPT3001), temp & humidity (HDC2080), hall effect (DRV5032), accelerometer." It does not give the chip / part number for Accelerometer. 

2) Does this Accelerometer provide X, Y and Z axis readings / values in SimpleLink phone app?
