CCS/CC1352R: configure CCA threshold in 15.4 stack

Hi,

Could you clarify how to configure the CCA rssi threshold when using 15.4 stack in Freq Hopping mode ( US 915 band ) with CC1352R (sdk version 3.40 or later)?

Is configuring the PIB attribute ApiMac_attribute_rssiThreshold sufficient or do we need modify .rssiThr value in mac_settings.c file (and/or ti_radio_config.c file)?

This thread (https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/sub-1-ghz/f/156/t/899738) says it sufficient to configure the PIB attribute.

However, here (https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/sub-1-ghz/f/156/t/750142) it says that only works for LBT mode and for other modes the mac_settings.c file needs to be modified.

Please clarify.

Hi JosephR,

That's a really good question. Normally, I'd recommend you to use the latest response as that reflects any changes that's been done in the stack but I'll double-check.
