why zigbee do not conflict with wifi ?

Hello does zigbee can be conflicts with wifi in a denss building of many routers such as 50 routers ?

i saw article at robotronix why use sub giga for Smart house , they wrote   פיתוח אב טיפוס   that is better to use sub giga then wifi since wifi is very busy

Please explain what should we choose wifi or sub giga
