I hope you are doing well.

Our customer is trying to download the "ARM-CGT-15_15.12.3.LTS - Linux" however it seems that the download on website didn't push through after the software export control. Can you please assist us on providing this to the customer? We already tried to provide other version but they want the 15.12.3.

Do you need exactly 15.12.3? I will see if I can find 15.12.3 but we don't later releases on that same branch. 15.12.7 is the latest on that branch and is available here: https://software-dl.ti.com/codegen/non-esd/downloads/download_archive.htm

Yes, they need exactly the 15.12.3. I've already introduced the 15.12.7 however they said that the need the 15.12.3. I hope you can help us provide this. Thank you.
