Hello

we have the CC1310F128RHB as IOT application

after we are program the board with our code

the CC1310 power is 3.7V.

normally the board take around 25 to 50 Ma

on some board after programming and the CC1310 start to run the current start to be around 400 Ma and the CC1310 start to be warm

what can be the problem ?

If the boards starts to draw 400 mA you most likely have a ESD damage.

Which measures have you done to avoid ESD damage when you handle the boards?

The schematic looks correct. Have you had any changes to the production line etc that could cause ESD events?

we didn't change the production line

ca we do something to protect the IC from the ESD ?

The most common cause of ESD issues is the antenna port, placing a ESD diode close to the antenna would help. See the CC1352P Launchpads for a suggested diode and placement.
