Hi,

I saw the CES 2021 WI-Sun Demo Video. I am trying to download the software but I have to answer questions such as below.

Do you have an NDA with TI (yes or no)? If not, is your company willing to sign a NDA?

Although I work for a company, our line of work is Bluetooth not Sub-1 GHz. So, If I request as an "Independent Designer", my request will be denied?

Hello Markel,

Yes, currently you need an NDA. I have looped in a colleague in case we have more info to share on timeline.

The LPSTK-CC1352R Sub-1 GHz OOB Demo can be modified to do the same as WI-Sun. So what is something special about WI-Sun that requires NDA?

Hi Markel,

Since the software is not yet public we require an NDA. This will not be required when we release this software as part of the SimpleLink SDK.
