LAUNCHXL-CC13-90: Board not getting detected

After unboxing CC1390 Launch-XL boards,I plugged boards into my laptop individually seems only one board is getting detected in my PC.The other board is not getting detected neither the Green LED is working.Can anyone help me to solve the problem?

Have you tried to swap USB cable?

If that doesn't work, contact customer services and ask for a replacement since the green LED should be on when you plug in the board. Refer to this post.

Yes,I tried swapping the USB cable no results.
