CC1310: Device is locked after writing own image

Hello TI expert,

My customer made their own product with CC1310, there is a problem.

they made the image, when they write this image to flash, device is locked.

of course they unlock the IC with Flash programmer, device is unlocked, and they flash their image, device is locked again.

so i think that the image have some problems, like writing to another address or writing to ccfg area.

can you verify this image?

Could you provide the .hex file in addition? It's easier to check the CCFG section in a .hex file than a .out file.

Hello TER,

I asked to my customer what you said, it is very difficult to get .hex file, because the firmware is made by other company.

Is it impossible to analyze with .out or .bin file?

I managed to convert the .bin file to .hex. I see that the CCFG section look like:

It looks like CCFG_TAP_DAP_0 is changed, see "Customer Configuration (CCFG)" in https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swcu117i/swcu117i.pdf, from what I can see this explains what you are seeing.
