Hi,

How to design the matching circuit of CC1200 for 220MHz? Can you provide the recommended value of matching components?

Unfortunately we do not have a BOM for 220 MHz operation. My suggestion would be to use the 169 MHz reference design as a starting point and decrease the balun and filter component values by one or two steps on the E12 series

Hi Sverre,

I only found 420-470MHz and 868-930MHz reference designs for CC1200. Can I use 169MHz ref design for CC1120?

Yes, but changing from CC1120 to CC1200 then you will have to change two additional components:
C231: 1.8 nF -> 1.5nF
X1: 32 MHz -> 40 MHz

For 220 MHz,
Change the balun caps C201 & C191: from 12 pF to 6.8 pF
