CC1101: +/- 1MHz spurious emission @ 922MHz

Hi, 

there is +/- 1MHz spurious on 922MHz band. this lead the failure to pass the Japaneses regulation. attachment has snapshot inside. 

I can be seen on EM+TrxEB board. spurious emission snapshot.pdf

could you please help? or there is patches for this?

    This is most likely a xtal spur. 

    - If you change the RF frequency some, one of the spurs should stay on the same frequency. Try a 26.4513 MHz xtal since with this xtal the spurs are typically moved out from bands that could cause a issue. 

    When posting a screenshot from a spectrum, please include markers on the offending frequencies. From the attached it's not easy to see which frequency that is the issue or the level.
