Hi Maynard,

Have they verified that the board has the correct configuration of the jumpers? When flashing the board make sure to apply a jumper on pin J15 (also labeled as 2) in the SOP group. For reference follow "Figure 1. Jumpers on the CC3200-LAUNCHXL" in document www.ti.com/.../swru376, and for more information on the hardware see www.ti.com/.../swru372. Let me know if this resolves the problem.

Thank you for your response. I just received a reply from customer, details below.

Now I want to know the usb port is u1 or u0 ,i mean ,the cc3200 have two com ,one is u0 other is u1 ,i want know which pin is u0 ,can you send me the instructions for the two serial ports.

Could you clarify on what is the "u0" and "u1" that the customer refers too, could they mean the USB communication data lines D- and D+? Because the CC3200 Launchpad only has one USB port that traces by a "U1" component, which is just an ESD protection diode. If they refer to which pins are D- and D+ those are pins 2 and 3 respectively on the Micro USB port. I recommend they refer to page 3 of the Launchpad Board schematic from the Design Files at https://www.ti.com/tool/CC3200-LAUNCHXL#design-files.
