CC3220SF: Where is different between UART and UART2 in .syscfg?

Part Number: CC3220SF

Hi, Support Team,

Our product use CC3220SF SoC.

simpleLink SDK version: simplelink_cc32xx_sdk_4_30_00_06.

I watch TI example code: uartecho and uart2echo.

Picture1. TI Example code=uartecho. TX Pin=55, RX Pin=57.

Picture2. TI Example code= uart2echo. TX Pin=55, RX Pin=57.

My question:

1.In uartecho & uart2echo sample code, TX Pin & RX Pin assign to 55 and 57. It is the same settings. Where is different?

2.In uart2echo(UART2 in left window), no “Use DMA” selection, But in uartecho(UART in left window), we can select “Use DMA”. I am very confused.

3.How to choose UART or UART2 interface in .syscfg?

Thanks,

Lishen
