CC3235MODS: Programming the CC3235MODS via SPI

Part Number: CC3235MODS

Dear TIers,

I am trying to flash the CC3235MODS module using FLASH_SPI_* pins and Cheetah SPI Host Adapter.

1) In Total Phase Flash center, I cannot find MX25R3235F in the target device list, could you please provide me with the right XML file where MX25R3235F is included?

2) Should I connect RESET_N (pin 35) to a resistor and then to GND during the entire flashing process? Right now it is connected to 100k pull-up resistor.

Best regards,

Brahim

Total Phase Flash is not a tool TI supports. You will have to reach out to Macronix for this.

You should probably keep reset pulled-down during flashing because you have the programmer connected directly to the flash chip lines. Keeping the module in reset state should thus not interfere with the flashing process (eg. loading or executing from flash).
