This example project is not managed by TI, so I would ask you to reach out to those developers for assistance with your issues.

I would ask you to first have a look through this post. The OTA will write to the external serial flash.

For OTA with AWS, is bootloader image avaialble? Will it be SPI bootloader from external SD card? for that will DIP switches need to be adjusted for SPI boot mode?

AWS OTA is not TI code. Your question to 3rd party code and bootloader you should ask at AWS forum.

ROM bootloader inside CC320SF chip have capability to load application from SPI flash only. I am not sure if Amazon provides own bootloader application with capability to load code from SD card. It can be technically possible to write such code, but you need to ask Amazon if such code exists.

Hi,

TI OTA example does not use any intermediate bootloader. OTA applications uses fail-safe feature of SPI filesystem and ROM bootloader as any application for CC3220 or CC3235 devices.

Source code for TI OTA you find at CC32xx SDK.

after service pack burn, I see:  Remember to switch the SOP jumper back to position 0 and reset the board. Is this the jumper config?

Technically it should not be a big difference between CC3220SF and CC3235SF at that case. But I never tested this, and from this reason I cannot confirm compatibility.

For AWS Demo for MQTT OTA for C3235SF device, i'm getting below error:
can't identify EC private key.
Followed steps as in:
docs.aws.amazon.com/.../ota-code-sign-cert-ti.html
used dummy cert and key in .pem format ( other files it doesn't take)

Please guide how to resolve. is it required to add self code sign cert in code too? if so where and which

I am not able help you with this, because I haven't experience with this Amazon code. I think you should ask at AWS support, because that demo is not maintained by TI. I am not sure if someone here have experience with this AWS code.
