CC3235SF: WPA2-EAP with TLS v1.2

Part Number: CC3235SF
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC3135MOD, , CC3135

Hello,

I found the referenced thread stating that TLS v1.2 is not supported with WPA2-EAP on the CC3135MOD due to a lack of RAM to apply the necessary patch.

https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/wi-fi-group/wifi/f/wi-fi-forum/1092411/cc3135mod-wpa2-eap-tls-1-2-support?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=WPA2%20Enterprise%20EAP-TLS%20Connection%20Issue%203235

Would it be correct to assume that because the CC3235SF has the same NWP as the CC3135MOD, that there are no plans to support TLS v1.2 for EAP on this model as well?

Also, that thread mentions that it will be supported in the next-gen devices.  Is there an estimated timeline for those?

Thank you!
